Ron and Barb Larson - IDEAS
Ron runs the finance office for IDEAS, a global community of Christian professionals leveraging their skills to bring hope in more than 13 countries; primarily in Asia, North Africa and the Middle East. Ron supports, directs and encourages these professionals in the area of finance, helping them to effectively live and work in often difficult areas. Barb directs Community Life for IDEAS, focusing on helping IDEAS professionals to thrive in their preparation and during their overseas assignments. Ron and Barb have four children and four grandchildren and love being part of the Ridgeline Community Church family.
Ray and Marjie Schwartz - Latin American Assistance
Ray serves as the Awareness Director for LAMA (Latin America Assistance) which represents La Montaña Christian Camps in Costa Rica. La Montaña reaches some 12,000 Central American youth in a high adventure jungle setting each year. Ray’s ministry takes him to christian colleges and universities across the US yearly where he speaks on global Great Commission issues and camp opportunities. He also travels to mission conferences, youth conferences and churches where he recruits students & adults for internships at the camp and short term mission trips. Ray & Marjie also oversee the Intern Ministry at La Montaña. They have three adult sons and a grandchild. Ray and Marjie enjoy the ministries of Ridgeline and serve in multiple ways at the church.
Bill and Tabby Jack - Worldview Academy
Bill serves on the staff of Worldview Academy as Faculty Adviser. He teaches at Worldview Academy’s camps and speaks at their Christianity and Culture conferences. Bill and his wife, Tabby, have three grown children. They attend Ridgeline Community Church.
Bruce and Karen Duell - Urban Ministries
Bruce and Karen have served as urban/intercultural missionaries under the Evangelical Free Church of America since 1988. The ministry they serve in is in inner-city Denver. Their main task is that of church planting with the goal of reaching the urban/ethnic poor for Christ and seeing them grow into mature disciples. They have four grown children.
Greg and Laura Yoder - Christian World Outreach
Greg works with Christian World Outreach (CWO), where he recruits, trains and leads short-term teams. He represents CWO at mission conferences, churches, and other places. He gives oversight and leadership to construction projects, assists in fundraising for CWO and with the training of national CWO staff.
Kevin and Lindsey Dennis - Cru Disney
Kevin and Lindsey work with Cru (formerly known as Campus Crusade for Christ) in Orlando, Florida, leading a team of staff and students that invest in the lives of the 8,000 annual interns from around the world working at Walt Disney World. They are trusting the gospel of Jesus to forever change lives, communities, and countries through the Walt Disney World internship programs.
Enrique and Susan Medina - Ravah Ministries
Enrique and Susan minister to the Mexican people year-round, from their home in Hermosillo, Mexico. They coordinate short-term mission trips for stateside churches which go to minister in local Mexican churches. Enrique trains pastors in Mexico in a seminary level program, that consists of How to Study the Bible, Church planting, Discipleship, etc. This has proven to be fruitful and efficient in refreshing, encouraging and equipping the pastors. They have three children.
Ramon and Deborah Padilla - Wycliffe
Ramón and Deborah are Wycliffe members, seconded to SIL International and serving locally with SIL Mexico. They are excited to be part of a Scripture translation and language development team working in a Zapotec language of Oaxaca, Mexico. Ramón is currently serving as administrative lead, strategic project planner, and exegetical adviser with the translation team—while also training and mentoring the mother tongue translators in the process. Deborah is especially motivated to bring more awareness and prestige to the local language by examining some of the linguistic problems and unique qualities of the language, as well as for clarity and quality of Bible translation. They have three young children.
B and D Vang - Reach Global
The Vang’s work with the Evangelical Free Church of America Missions reaching unreached people groups in Southeast Asia. They train leaders, evangelists, church planters, women, men, youth leaders, and Sunday school teachers for the Hmong believers in five countries in Southeast Asia.
Gill and Karen Nash - OC International
Gill and Karen Nash desire to see the love of Christ penetrate the hearts of Asian people. They live in Southeast Asia and are working in several nations to help advance God’s work in this region. They have a special interest in ministry among Tibetan and Nepali peoples and are working among migrant workers from these areas. Karen is also very involved in life-coaching, counseling, training, and member-care along with being a mother and home-maker. They have three children.
Michael and Carol Beth Sprenger - Reach Global
Mike and Carol Beth served in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia for 12 years. Mike was the principal and taught at a mission school for full-time Christian workers. They have received a new assignment from ReachGlobal and will be serving in Chiang Mai, Thailand. In Thailand, they will be involved in the broader component of missionary care throughout the region and the world and an integral part of ReachGlobal’s ENHANCE team. They have eight children.
Kristen Hintze - Intervarsity Christian Fellowship
Kristen is a campus staff minister with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, ministering to students at community colleges in the Denver area. She organizes and trains students in campus outreach and evangelism, leads Bible studies on campus, and engages students in discipleship and Christian leadership. She has been on staff at Arizona State University, and has recently returned to the Denver area to plant new ministries at Arapahoe Community College and at Red Rocks Community College in hopes to see God’s Kingdom flourish and college students become leaders for Christ on both campuses. She and her husband Cade have been a part of the youth program at Ridgeline and volunteered with the youth group before joining InterVarsity staff.
Claire Hodgkins - YWAM
Since January 2016, Claire has been on staff with Youth With a Mission Marine Reach in New Zealand. Her role there is Discipleship Training Staff; to be a part of the pastoral care team for both the staff and students, and to walk alongside them in discipleship and mentorship. Her specific focus is in leading the medical – compassion mission students. She teaches basic medical skills, compassion, worldview, and their role as ministers to the heart of God in the South Pacific (Vanuatu, Indonesia, etc.) where they serve God’s people through health education, practical medical care, and praying for healing and full restoration. She will be on staff there for another year, stepping into a coordinating role with the medical school and a three month lecture phase to learn about missions, and things like the father heart of God, hearing God’s voice, the character and nature of God. After training and teaching the students, she will lead medical teams to nations where they disciple, teach, preach, lead worship, intercede for the nations, and get a taste of medical missions in the developing world. After that she will participate in a secondary medical school with YWAM called “Introduction to Primary Health Care”. This school focuses on training students to be the hands and feet of Jesus and intensive medical training for remote, undeveloped villages.
