CAROLYN KEELER

Carolyn oversees our children ministry ages birth through 6th grade. She joined the staff in May of 2015. She is married to Galen and they have two children who are married and have given them 6 grandchildren! She grew up in Southern California. Carolyn graduated from Biola University with a BA in Education and a Minor in Bible. She has served as children’s director in 2 churches in Arizona and 2 other churches in Colorado.

RYAN KING

Ryan is humbly serving as the Elder of Finance. He and his wife Deidre, have been at Ridgeline since 2014 and also serve as the Awana Directors. They have a little girl who keeps them busy! Ryan grew up in Banning, CA and attended Biola University (where he met Deidre!) and Colorado Technical University. He currently works for Bank of the West as an Underwriter. He grew up in a Christian home and has served God in Awana and youth ministry over the years. Personal and Business finance have been a passion of his and considers it an honor to use the talents and spiritual gifts the Lord has given him for the Kingdom.

RENEE RUFF

Renee has been with the church since 1991 and on staff since 1999. She mostly does accounts payable along with other various duties. She is married to Greg and they have 4 kids. She is a Colorado native and grew up in Larkspur. Her favorite hobby is hiking!

PHIL GARCIA

Phil is an Elder at the church, currently serving as chairman of the Board of Elders. Phil and his wife Debra, live in Castle Rock have been at Ridgeline since 2015. They have three grown children and five grandchildren. Phil is retired and, in addition to his Elder responsibilities, he leads weekly bible studies and volunteers with several community service agencies around Castle Rock. Phil, a Colorado native, loves spending time with family and friends, bicycling and fly-fishing.

JEN LAYMAN

Jen runs the Facilities Team. Jen and her husband David, live in Castle Rock and they have been at the church since 2009. They have two small children. Jen loves to maintain the building and grounds to allow it to be used by multiple groups and church family to further the kingdom. Jen loves being with her family and enjoying the outdoors especially the beach and the beautiful mountains.

CONNIE MILLER

Connie has served as Ridgeline’s Office Administrator since 2006. She is married to Jay and they live in Kiowa. They have 3 married children and 6 grandies! She loves her job and see’s that it has eternal value! Connie’s past time is best spent loving on those babies.

Barb Larson

Barb Larson has been married for nearly 40 years and has 4 adult children, 3 children-in-law, and 6 grandchildren. She is a Colorado native and before returning to Colorado, she and her husband, Ron, lived and served in the countries of Bermuda, Cote d’Ivoire, and France. She has been on staff at Ridgeline since 2004 and is also the Director of Community Life for IDEAS, a global community of Christian professionals leveraging their skills to restore hope. She loves coffee, chocolate, and hearing stories from women around the world.
